TOURISM IN GOA

GOAN BEACH AND TOURISM

Goa is considered one of the most favourite holiday destination and tourist spot by many. It has many beautiful beaches, hotels, Zoos and bird sanctuaries , majestic temples and lovely churches. Forts all around and the view of the western ghats which have lovely waterfalls too. These are the many attraction that are in Goa . This was the scenario of Goa. But now it is not the same. The government and tourism department is not taking any measures to save the beautiful environment to Goa to promote tourism. The tourist places are being littered and not maintained to give the original look. Also regarding the security of tourism visiting Goa is a question. With the increase in rape cases the security measure  has to be increased. What is the government doing to handle this problem? It should tackle this problem by passing strangent laws and punishing the accused. May be then the tourists will think of Goa as a sale place. Also the government should take a huge step towards the beautification of the tourists spots and also maintain them in a proper way . This will help to attract more tourists in Goa which will be beneficial to the people of Goa who depend on tourism for their earning as well as the government will earn profit from this . Similarly the government should keep  a check on travel agencies , hotels, restaurants so that the tourists have a trouble free stay , when they come here to enjoy their holidays. We the people of Goa too have to help in keeping our environment clean and beautiful and always keep Goa on the top list as the favourite destination for tourism all over the world.
